1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & ENTITY DISCLOSURE

Operating Entity & Trade Name Disclosure:
Synthro Lab is a trade name operated by Synthro Lab LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States (“Company”). All transactions, billing, fulfillment, and contractual obligations conducted through this website are entered into solely by Synthro Lab LLC.

2. ELIGIBILITY & USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using this website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age
  • You are purchasing products in a professional or research capacity
  • You possess the knowledge, facilities, and equipment necessary to safely handle laboratory research materials

3. RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO)

All products sold by the Company are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only.

  • Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or clinical application
  • Products are not food, drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices
  • Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

Any use of the products outside of permitted research purposes constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

The Company accepts payment through approved payment methods made available at checkout.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where misuse, misrepresentation, or non-research intent is reasonably suspected

5. ZELLE & MANUAL BANK TRANSFERS

When manual payment methods such as Zelle or bank transfer are offered:

  • Payment instructions will be provided at the time of purchase or through official Company communications
  • Authorized receiving accounts may change from time to time due to banking, administrative, or operational considerations
  • Customers are responsible for confirming that payment is sent using the most current instructions provided
  • The Company is not responsible for payments sent to outdated, incorrect, or unauthorized accounts

Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment has been successfully received and verified.

6. BILLING DESCRIPTORS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

You acknowledge that billing descriptors used by the Company or its payment partners may differ from the brand name “Synthro Lab.”

Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact the Company to allow for verification and resolution. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

7. PROHIBITION ON RESALE OR REDISTRIBUTION

Products are sold exclusively to the purchaser for internal research use.

  • Resale, redistribution, or transfer to third parties without prior written authorization is prohibited
  • Unauthorized distribution transfers all responsibility and liability to the purchaser

8. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery of the products to the carrier. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond its reasonable control.

9. ALL SALES FINAL / NO RETURNS

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials:

  • All sales are final
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has shipped

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
