Refund & Return Policy

1. ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the specialized nature of Research Use Only (RUO) chemicals and laboratory reagents, all sales are final. Synthro Lab does not offer cash, credit card, or digital asset refunds once an order has been processed and payment has been confirmed.

2. NO RETURNS DUE TO CHEMICAL INTEGRITY

To ensure the absolute purity and safety of the materials we provide to the research community, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.

  • Chain of Custody: Once a research chemical has left our climate-controlled storage and entered a third-party shipping environment, its “chain of custody” is broken.
  • Contamination Risk: We cannot guarantee that a returned product has not been exposed to light, heat, or environmental contaminants. Therefore, we cannot reintegrate returned items into our inventory or ship them to other researchers. Accepting returns would compromise our commitment to laboratory-grade quality.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed immediately to ensure rapid delivery.

  • Pre-Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within one hour of payment. However, once an order has been moved to our fulfillment queue, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
  • Right to Cancel: The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event we cancel an order due to a protocol violation (such as improper Zelle memos or suspected human use), funds may be handled as “liquidated damages” as outlined in our Terms of Service.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great care in packaging our reagents, but we recognize that errors can occur.

  • Damaged Vials: If a vial arrives broken or compromised, you must email support within 24 hours of delivery. You must include:
    • Your Order Number.
    • High-resolution photos of the damaged product inside the original packaging.
  • Resolution: At our sole discretion, we will issue a one-time reshipment of the damaged item. We do not issue refunds for damaged goods; we only provide replacements to ensure your research can continue.

5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

As stated in our Terms of Service, Synthro Lab utilizes various billing descriptors.

  • Strict No-Dispute Policy: By purchasing from this site, you agree to resolve any issues directly with our support team.
  • Blacklisting: Any customer who initiates a chargeback or a “fraud” claim with their bank—particularly regarding “unrecognized descriptors”—will be permanently banned from our store and all affiliated research networks. We aggressively contest all chargebacks by providing this policy and your signed checkout consent to the banking institutions.
