Billing & Payment Protocol
1. OPERATIONAL DISCLOSURE
To maintain the highest levels of laboratory privacy and operational security, Synthro Lab utilizes a decentralized payment structure. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the specific protocols for your chosen payment method.
2. CREDIT & DEBIT CARD BILLING (DESCRIPTORS)
To ensure stable processing for the research chemical industry, we utilize various third-party holding companies and logistics partners.
- Descriptor Recognition: You acknowledge and agree that the name appearing on your bank or credit card statement will not match “Synthro Lab.” It will appear as a parent entity, a logistics firm, or a generic billing descriptor.
- Dispute Protocol: You agree to contact our support team to verify any “unrecognized” charges before contacting your bank.
- Chargeback Consequences: Any customer who initiates a chargeback due to “unrecognized descriptors” will be permanently banned. We aggressively contest all disputes with your IP address and signed checkout consent.
3. ZELLE & MANUAL TRANSFER (STRICT MEMO PROTOCOL)
Manual transfers require exact adherence to our security protocols.
- The “Order Number Only” Rule: You must include ONLY your Order Number in the memo/description field.
- Prohibited Keywords: You are strictly prohibited from mentioning “Peptides,” “RUO,” “Chemicals,” “Synthro Lab,” or product names.
- Account Breach Penalty: If you include prohibited keywords and trigger a bank flag on our accounts, we reserve the right to seize the funds as liquidated damages to cover account replacement costs. No products will be shipped.
- Fulfillment Confirmation: Once you have sent the Zelle payment, you must return to the checkout page and click the button that indicates the payment was sent. If you only close the pop-up without clicking this button, our team will not be notified to manually verify your funds, which will delay your order.
- Processing Time: Approval typically occurs within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours.
4. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS (BTC)
- Address Accuracy: You must copy the wallet ID exactly as shown. BTC transactions sent to the wrong address are unrecoverable.
- Network Fees & Speed: We strongly recommend selecting “Priority” or “High” speed if allowed by your exchange. We also recommend sending a slight overage (a few cents extra) to account for market fluctuations and exchange withdrawal fees.
- Confirmations: Payments are usually confirmed on the blockchain within one hour. If your transaction has not been confirmed after 6 hours, please contact our support team with your Order Number and Transaction ID.
5. TRANSACTION FINALITY
As specified in our Refund Policy, we do not offer cash or credit reversals. Once a Zelle or BTC payment is sent, it cannot be recalled. If you request a cancellation before an order is processed, a store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
6. SECURITY & VERIFICATION
The Company reserves the right to request additional identification or verification for any order suspected of being fraudulent. Failure to provide requested verification will result in the immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from the platform.
