5. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synthro Lab against any legal claims, regulatory actions, or costs arising from my breach of this affidavit. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized redistribution of these materials or their application in any non-research capacity.

6. ATTESTATION OF TRUTH

I certify that all information provided during the checkout process is accurate. I understand that any misrepresentation of my intent—including any indication of human consumption—will result in the immediate voiding of this agreement, the cancellation of my order, and a permanent ban from the platform.
