Transactions usually verify within 60 minutes. If your transaction hasn’t confirmed after 6 hours, please contact support with your Transaction Hash (TXID).

Eligibility for both Research Rewards and Free Shipping is calculated based on the final net total after all discounts have been applied. If a coupon code drops your total below a threshold, the reward will be downgraded or removed. You can restore your eligibility by adding a low-cost item, such as Bacteriostatic Water, to your cart.

The values mentioned (e.g., “$65.00 value”) represent the current standard catalog price for those specific Research Rewards. These rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for discounts, refunds, or store credit.
