How long until my order ships?
Standard fulfillment takes 24–72 hours. Once your materials are dispatched, an automated tracking number will be posted to your account dashboard.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders enter our logistics queue immediately upon payment. Once an order status is marked as “Packed” or “Fulfillment” the shipment has been physically sealed and sorted; at this stage, it cannot be pulled, modified, or cancelled.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All domestic orders of $150.00 or more qualify for complimentary shipping, which is applied automatically at the final stage of checkout.

I’ve never used Bitcoin. How do I pay?
Bitcoin is the most secure and private method for procuring research supplies. If you are a complete beginner, follow this fail-proof 3-minute guide:
- Setup your Exchange: Download CashApp (easiest), Coinbase, or Kraken and link your debit card or bank account.
- Purchase Bitcoin: Buy the USD equivalent of your order total in Bitcoin within the app.
- Initiate the Transfer: Tap the “Send” or “Withdraw” icon (often looks like a paper plane).
- Enter our Address: At our checkout, you will see a long string of letters and numbers (the Wallet ID). Copy this exactly—do not type it manually—and paste it into the “Recipient” field of your app.
- Set Speed to “Priority”: This is the most critical step. Always select “Priority,” “Rush,” or “High Speed.” Standard speeds can take several days to confirm, which may cause your order to time out in our system.
- Accounting for Fees: We recommend sending $0.10 more than your total. This ensures that after your exchange takes its small “withdrawal fee,” the final amount reaching us is “Paid in Full.”
When will my BTC order be confirmed?
Transactions usually verify within 60 minutes. If your transaction hasn’t confirmed after 6 hours, please contact support with your Transaction Hash (TXID).
BILLING & PRIVACY

What will the charge look like on my bank statement?
To maintain the privacy of your research, the name on your statement will not match “Peptide Maxxing.” It will appear as a generic logistics or parent entity. By purchasing, you agree to contact us directly with any billing questions rather than disputing the charge with your bank.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for all data. We do not store raw credit card data on our servers. Your information is used strictly for fulfillment and fraud prevention.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, professional packaging with no mention of contents or research intent on the exterior.
What if my package is lost or says "Delivered" but I don't have it?
If you purchased the $5 Shipping Protection, we provide a one-time guaranteed reshipment for lost or damaged items. If you opted out, we are not liable for carrier errors. We do not reship for “Delivered” packages; please ensure your delivery location is secure.

What are your purity guarantees?
Our products are verified at 99% or higher purity at the time of manufacture. However, peptides are thermodynamically active and can undergo minor natural degradation over their shelf life. We guarantee a minimum of 96% purity at the time of delivery to ensure your research integrity is never compromised.
Do you offer testing reimbursements?
Yes. We encourage independent HPLC/MS testing. If you conduct a third-party test on our product and share the results with us, we will reimburse the cost of the laboratory test via store credit to support your research.
Do you provide reconstitution instructions?
No. We are a chemical supplier, not a clinical provider. While we sell bacteriostatic water as a laboratory solvent, researchers must consult peer-reviewed scientific literature for their own experimental protocols.

What is the Research Rewards program?
Research Rewards is a tiered incentive program designed to support large-scale laboratory projects. As your research order reaches specific spending thresholds, you become eligible to select complimentary Research Rewards to be included in your shipment at no additional cost.
How do I qualify for Research Rewards?
Qualification is based on your final cart total. Once you reach a reward threshold, a selection menu will automatically appear before you reach the final checkout page. You must select one (1) Research Reward from the provided list to have it added to your fulfillment queue.
Do Research Rewards stack with Free Shipping?
Yes. All Research Reward tiers are fully stackable with our complimentary shipping program. Since the first reward tier is set above the $150.00 free shipping threshold, any order that qualifies for a Research Reward automatically qualifies for Free Domestic Shipping as well.
What are the different reward tiers?
We offer three distinct tiers of research support:
- Tier 1: Unlocks our standard range of Research Rewards.
- Tier 2: Replaces the Tier 1 list with higher-value, specialized compounds.
- Tier 3 (Institutional): Provides access to our most premium, high-catalog-value Research Rewards. As you spend more, your selection options are “upgraded” to more valuable materials.
Can I select multiple rewards if I hit a high tier?
No. You are eligible for one (1) Research Reward based on the highest tier your order qualifies for. For example, reaching Tier 2 allows you to select one premium Research Reward from the Tier 2 list, rather than two items from the Tier 1 list. This ensures you receive the highest quality material available for your order size.
Why did my Research Reward disappear after I added a coupon?
Eligibility for both Research Rewards and Free Shipping is calculated based on the final net total after all discounts have been applied. If a coupon code drops your total below a threshold, the reward will be downgraded or removed. You can restore your eligibility by adding a low-cost item, such as Bacteriostatic Water, to your cart.
What is the "Value" listed next to the rewards?
The values mentioned (e.g., “$65.00 value”) represent the current standard catalog price for those specific Research Rewards. These rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for discounts, refunds, or store credit.
What if I forget to select my reward during the checkout pop-up?
To maintain high-speed fulfillment, our system is automated. You must make your selection during the checkout process. Once an order is placed and reaches “Packed” or “Fulfillment” status, we cannot manually pull the shipment to add promotional materials.
Are Research Rewards covered by Shipping Protection?
Yes. If you have opted for the $5.00 Shipping Protection, your entire shipment—including the Research Rewards—is covered by our one-time guaranteed reshipment policy if the package is confirmed lost or damaged by the carrier.
Are these rewards the same quality as your standard products?
Absolutely. All Research Rewards are pulled from our primary, HPLC/MS verified inventory. They are 100% RUO-compliant and subject to the same rigorous quality control standards as every other item in our catalog.
